$40 in account but being told I need to top up?

I'm not sure why I'm getting an email telling me I need to topup my account as i have $40 in my account and signed up for automatic topups a couple of months ago. Here's a screen shot of what I'm seeing in self-serve: http://goo.gl/WsmCQ Any ideas?

I had the same thing this morning, rmccue! I called Koodo (*611) and they said there was an error with my account, they put me on hold for 3 or 4 minutes and sorted it 🙂
