2nd top up .


I bought my 2nd 25$ top up and the 12 # pin doesnt work . it says Voucher # ............ Could not be processed . 

I wouldnt mind a phone # to reach them .

Are you on prepaid? What does your self serve mention, does it say your base plan has expired?

Are you trying to add it to your account online or over the phone via 611? If you've only tried one way can you try the other and see if that works for you?

I can only make emergency calls .

I used to text-pictures 4 contacts and now i can only do it with one of them . 

Can i just re-start everything and get a new phone # ?
