I would like to say I received my order of P20 Mate's with Smart Watches last night, the whole experience was great except for the UPS delays admittedly I can't fault Koodo for selecting the lesser of the 3 evils and selecting UPS during a Canada Post job action, The phones watches and sim cards arrives without damage. I Promptly called Customer service to port my existing numbers and activate my account. Customer Service was a pleasure to deal with during the whole order from purchase to delivery , Both calls were Very Polite and Understanding during my conversation's! My experience with your customer service was great! Keep up the awesome work!
