Ordered two phones black Friday, still haven't received them. Have spent over 20hrs on hold, many many communications and lies from koodo's end later and yet still paying for a new line and phone that was an Xmas present! Can never get an answer other than "our system is down". Maybe stop taking people's money then. 900$ in bills later wtf.
So displeased, this is how they treat a former employee as well. Brutal.
