Just wanted to give a big thankyou and thumbs up to representative 'Bernard Koodo' for their sympathetic and effective customer assistance. They helped diffuse considerable frustration and earned my personal 'kudos' and continued customer loyalty.

What did he do/fix?
Offered compassion and sympathy over a problem that turned out to be caused by a different company altogether. Customer support is a difficult job at the best of times and staff often deal with this by treating customers like hostile witnesses at a trial. It has become a normal aspect of many modern companies -especially in the high tech fields - to ignore customer issues.

I very much appreciate that I was treated pleasantly and respectfully regardless of the eventual outcome. People are usually quick to criticize poor service so I like to emphasize good service.
