I just got an email from Koodo advising that I can get 5GB for $40 dollars, now how can I proceed to change this on my plan.  Are there no customer service represenentatives available to help??????

Can you provide the full details outlined in the email? You can likely send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it done but expect it to take up to a couple days for a response. They're kinda swamped with the 0 dollar 5gb add-on, which you should absolutely also ask for to counter Freedom's 11gb for 35 offer.

I’m pretty sure it’s conditional to a phone upgrade.
