This means that out of all of your alloted data before overage charges start. You have used 95% of it.

All data for the month is reinstated on the 28th of each month so are we talking about last month data or mays.

I would suggest checking on Self Serve and viewing your usage to be 100% sure. it may be a delay from previous month or you may have some data leakage and some apps are updating a great deal worth of data in the background
