I currently have the Black Friday Plan $55 20GB with $25 Credit for 2 years.
The speeds of 100Mbps are too slow and I want to upgrade to the $60 5G Plan I see via self-serve.
Will I lose my $25 monthly credit if I switch plans?
Most likely, you will lose it. Not sure why you need more then 100Mbps for? Can you explain? Plus 5G speeds is just like 200MBps, nothing spectacular.
Absolutely you will lose these credits. I had a friend who recently switched plans and they confirmed the credits dropped off.
I would at least hold out for the next black Friday to see your options then.
