wifi calling, cannot add emergency adress

When activating wifi calling, on the page where it ask to put the emergency address, no matter what address I put, once I clic continue, nothing happen.

Is VoLTE access setup in your self-serve account?

You’re situation sounds similar to a couple of other posts where customers were unable to save their emergency address for Wi-Fi Calling. The customer in the link below mentions that this solution worked, though it looks as though an emergency address had been entered incorrectly and had to be updated.
