Question

Why is the minimum automatic top up for prepaid plans less than $15?

Hello,

I just activated a new prepaid plan. I want the cheapest one and so opted for $15. Automatic top-up seems to make sense. Why was I offered the possibility of topping up for only $5 per month? If I don't want to worry about "manually" adding money to my account regularly, I have to choose an automatic top up of $15, right?

I found the option to automatically top up for less than the cheapest prepaid plan confusing. I can't think of a scenario where that is what somebody would want.

Thank you.

With the $15 auto topup you get 10% added to your account. Eventually you may want to top up less. Or if you buy a booster. it just gives some flexibility

As well if you wanted to buy the $5 boosters every month and didnt want to have to worry about topping up your account every time then the $5 autopay would help you there.
