Why is the 250 mb auto top-up bonus available on the main website but not on my prepaid account’s Change Plan page?

The website advertises the 250 mb bonus for the $15 plan but it doesn’t say anything about the bonus when I go to change to the $15 plan through my account. Below is from the website.

And below this is from the Change Plan page of my account. As you can see, the $25 dollar plan has its data bonus mentioned, but the $15 dollar plan does not. Is there any way for me to get the 250 mb bonus on the 15 dollar plan?

I have a $15 plan but it’s like 7 years old and has no minute or data allowance per month, only what I buy in boosters, so I want to upgrade to the new one.

Yes. Tried disabling it but everything still looked the same.

There is absolutely NO reason not to upgrade to the new $15 plan… it’ll give you all these advantages and the only thing you need to do is switch to it :) I’d advise you switch one day before it renews (DO NOT wait till the day of renewal itself). It’ll then give you the 250MB bonus as well.

Oh and DO NOT disable auto top up because you’ll lose the 10% credit… hope you didn’t disable it because even if you re-enable it, it’ll be gone by then :(

When did you cancel that? You COULD try to schedule a callback and see if you can get it back, if you disabled and re-enabled it it less than a few days ago. No guarantees… but worth a try. After all, $1.50 is $1.50 right? :)

The data bonus is not available when switching plans. 

Have you tried to get in touch with our prepaid support over the phone, so they can review the options for you?

Is this new (no data bonus when switching plans)?  
 

I was able to switch from a legacy $15.00 plan with no bonus to the current one with the bonus just last March or so, thus I am surprised at this.
