If you have AppleCare you definitely shouldn’t be paying that much.
Could you provide some more info on what happened? Did you take it to apple? What did they say? Did they recognize that you had AppleCare?
Do you have AppleCare or Koodo Device Care Complete?
I have applecare + through Koodo and it’s supposed to cover the back glass on my phone but when I put in the serial number of my phone they say it’ll cost $700 so what’s the point of paying for AppleCare + monthly for it to not cover anything?
