Why do I have a conflict in my usage tracker?

My usage tracker says I only have 60 minutes maximum to use every month. However, my plan allows me to have 200 minutes. Hell, none of the plans offered even allow for 60 minutes, the smallest is 100 minutes. So, what gives?

Sounds like you switched plans or just activated your phone recently. Those are the prorated amou...I did recently change over to Koodo, thanks

Sounds like you switched plans or just activated your phone recently. Those are the prorated amount of minutes from your activation or plan change date up until your bill cycle date.
