I see that in-store offers exceed what Koodo (online or in-store) offers ?

You have in-Store offers that exceed what Online Koodo offers. (with the additional Gift Cards)

They offer 100-Trade in credit for a phone

Another Credit for switching from Non-Rogers/Fido. (100)

Same 24 months for 10 off

120 dollars for Accessories Credit.

Not to forget the Gift Cards you get on the new device offers.

Like I would like to stay with Koodo, but some of these offers are very competitive, and I wished to continue staying with Koodo, but if they aren’t matching competitor offers, it’s difficult.

Différent companies offer different deals. You can always try to see if a Rep will match an offer by a competitor, but if they won't, you have the option to take a better deal. Loyalty is not something that belongs when it comes to picking the best deal for you.

Can you start by explaining why Koodo Online offers differ from Retail In-store offers?

“Koodo moves in mysterious ways” is the closest to an explanation we can get to :joy:

If you want to see competitive offers, are you aware that you can check self serve? If you are as loyal as you said, chances are that there might be some personal offers just for you… usually those are worth looking into.

But if you see a better offer with another company, no one will blame you for moving to where the grass is greener… sometimes that is just the best option available.

It is important to understand there are advantages and disadvantages for each option. The Koodo site may not provide the best offer, but they do have amazing deals for pre-owned phones during certain events and you do not have to pay the $50 connection fee for each line. On the other hand, the retail store gives a lot of gift cards, since a lot of them are done through retailers, such as Walmart, Best Buy, or The Mobile Shop, where they are allowed to provide such deals. This is done at the expense of the connection fee, which they may not waive for you in most cases.
