They only have that pricing there because of the competition in that province from MTS & Rogers signing an exclusive deal to use MTS network they've built there. The only competition in Ontario like it is from Wind and their coverage area is so small that it's not really competition unless you live and stay in Toronto or very select areas just outside Toronto all the time. On wind once you leave their small coverage area you have to pay per use charges for data as it's not covered under their unlimited data offering and you can run your bill up very very quickly this way. The only way we would see anything like wind pricing from any other carrier in Ontario is if wind expanded their coverage area greatly which isn't going to happen by the looks of it especially with them losing funding and dropping out of the spectrum auction. With Koodo data it's Canada wide so you aren't restricted to an area like wind which is a much better value for probably 60 or 70% of customers in Ontario.
