Where is the "seasonal hold plan?"


Trying to change the plan, not listed under the "change plan" list.  Did they do away with it?

Ok, thank you.  They must have just changed this because you were always able to do so in Self Serve.

One other detail; (this may or may not apply to you). If you've newly activated with Koodo, you cannot subscribe or change to the seasonal hold plan within the first 90 days of activation.

No. Since the seasonal hold plan is no longer accessible through self serve, customers have to call in to have this plan applied. The $10 fee is waived.
