Who do I have to get in contact with to get a straight answer? I have been waiting on my phone for 3 months now, and it still hasn't shown up. It was supposed to be delivered August 14th. Canada Post has admitted to losing my phone, but will not do anything about it until Koodo puts in a complaint. It was done on my behalf once already, Canada Post closed it 20 days later with absolutely no action. I'm pissed off beyond belief, I'm paying for services I can't even use (my current phone can't connect to the internet but I have data on my current plan), I'm paying for a phone on the tab that I haven't even seen yet. I don't care what has to be done anymore, I just want my new phone.
