where is my extra 1GB?!

My current bill says “$50 4GB UL min Plan SFD”. I was told when I talked to a Koodo rep then bought my phone from Telus last month, that they would give me a special offer of 1GB extra. Why does my bill say I only receive 4GB?

Who are you with now? Telus or koodo? These are related but separate entities.

Do you have any documentation associated with the promised 1GB bonus?

I assumed you are a postpaid customer.
If you upgraded your phone (with Koodo) last month or got a new number, the bonus data should be 5GB. I would suggest you go into self serve » view rate plan » check add on and see if you had the +5GB add on. It should be there. If you don’t see it, you would need a rep to assist you.
