Where did my data go?

When I purchased my phone plan they were having a promotion where the data and talk was doubled. I purchased the 1 GB phone plan, which gave me 2 GB. However, when I log in to my koodo self serve, it says I only have 1024 MB of data available for use. Why?

How long ago did you get this promo? Are you sure you chose/switched to the 2GB plan? Is there a "double" anywhere in your plan's name? Maybe there's an overflow chart for the extra GB? It's hard to say here.
