when i top up each month my booster add on it addded automaticly. except this month. what do i do.?


how do i fix my booster addon?
it wasnt topped up when i topped up my phone this month.

Can you still use your phone, Caitland? Sometimes it takes a day for self service to reflect the update, but if you can still use it to send/receive text messages, you're good 🙂

Ok, yes for calls or data you do need a booster... but I'm trying to establish if your account is still active. If you can send/receive text messages, it's active.

By chance did you top up a day late?
Or might you have completed your top-up in the early hours of the morning? There often seem to be delays if doing a top-up outside business hours, even though the process should be fully automated.
