when i signed up with koodoo i bought te 60 double plan which was supposed to be 2gb data but my plan says 1gb. what is it?

When did you get your plan? The 2GB offer was for a limited time. It was technically a rate plan change. You would have needed to switch to the "double" version of the $60 plan for it to be in effect.

If you log into self service and go to usage. It will show you Air time, Message and Data usage.Each one tells you what your limit is. I hope it's helps.

For some weird reason the promotional 2GB data plan doesn't list the data as 2GB, instead it lists 1GB twice. Is that what you see?

I just checked my account and it said 200mb. I had my plan when koodo had a double min and data. 75min→150min 100mb→200mb

The change should be instant but I guess you can try again in a few days. If it shows 1GB, then you might want to try calling Customer Service to ensure that your plan is the promotional one. You should be able to check however by seeing if your plan is named "Double Minutes/Double Data" or something like that.

It shows up as 1GB twice on my double 60 plan too
signed up to $60/month plan. My bill is $89+ - WTF??

Is this your first bill? If so, there would be what's called proration on that first bill to cover the X amount of days until the cycle ended then the month in advance. I totally understand if you are unable to see the details of the bill online as there is an issue downloading the bills.
