What were Koodo's back to school specials last year and when did they start?

And in the specials, do they put the price of the phone on sale as well as a deal on the plans?

Wouldn't you be more interested in this year's specials? 🙂 Though I'm sure they won't be as good as last years... if I remember it correctly, they started in the 3rd week of July and the best offer was 6GB with 250 minutes for $60.

Thank you Sophia! Also, do you know if in the past, Koodo made their phones cheaper for back to school sales? So for example, if I were to buy a SGS4 right now on tab medium, it would be $425. During the sales, would that possibly go down to say $350 or something like that?

Also, do you know if in the past, Koodo made their phones cheaper for back t...I know they have had some phone sales, but honestly I couldn't tell you if that was for back to school, I sort of remember it was more recently. If you want a real bargain, the Nexus 4 is only $300 on a plan - well worth it imo 🙂

Anything is possible when it comes to sale, I guess the only thing is whats realistic. I hope the S4 drops a bit but I don't know if it will happen or not. I know the S3 just dropped back permanently to the pre tab evolution price since it had gone up a bunch when the changes happened. Usually all the carriers get pretty aggressive at back to school so we will see what happens. Its going to be interesting since most of the other carriers are launching all their changes next week, so Im curious to see how Koodo stacks up.

When Koodo does promotions, rather than making the phone cheaper; they usually give out VISA.gift cards for the new activations. They usually also make the plans better via more minutes, more data, etc. However, they don't change the prices of the plan usually. (Unless other carriers are doing that and they want to be competitive).
