Went over my data. Help?


i went over my data and got a text at the end of june saying "KOODO: We've noticed you went over your data bucket last month. Reply YES to add 500 MB of additional data to your plan for only $5/mth plus tax, or text SAVE to get 1 GB of additional data for $10/mth plus tax!" Wanted to add to my next billing cycle start 2 weeks later so i called and customer service advised me it doesn't expire and can add when i would like but once i replied i did not receive anything. Is there a time limit to this text, i was not informed of?

Hey Lenny,

Did you try again to text SAVE or YES the following day? This add-on is added automatically to your account and if it does not work immediately, you just have to try to text again. Could you please login to your Self-Serve check if the add-on is now on your account?

I want to get 1 gb of data for 10$ , what number should j text??? How do I do this ?

You will receive those message when you went over your data limits.
You have choice to go with pay-per -use charge or those add-on.

I believe this 1GB for $10 is/was offered selected customers who went over their limits. My son went over his data limit 3 month in a row, but he never received this message... 😢
