we added the us 10all to our phone last night for 10 days, it should have started next monday July 13/15 - what can I do?

Hi Betty,

You can contact Koodo by dialling *611 and explaining your situation to the representative. If it was done recently, then chances are he can just change it for you but I'm not 100%. Although, contacting them by phone is your only chance of being able to get it fixed for you, so definitely try!

There's nothing you can do for this error for yourself. If you call customer service (611 from your Koodo mobile), they may be able to adjust this for you.
