i purchased a nexus 4 from you on jul15/13 and i have been having issues with the phone battery (phone shuts off at 80% and will not turn on until plugged in, showing 0%). i believe this is an issue where i can claim my warranty. please advise

Seems like you are within the year. You can use the warranty for this.

You can take your phone into a Koodo kiosk where they will provide you with a loaner phone while your phone gets sent in for repair.
