Want to upgrade to a promotion available to new users

How on earth do I get in touch with Koodo to do this? Callback’s are being scheduled for Thursday...and I messaged them on Facebook on Monday (and still do not have a response). Is this a pointless endeavour? Is it just easier to switch to Fido?

The plan is not available for customers who just want the plan... You need to buy a phone on the tab. If you don't want that, switching providers is certainly an option.

Select the Postpaid or Prepaid plan promotion from the  https://www.koodomobile.com/rate-plans?INTCMP=KMNew_NavMenu_Shop_Plans Select ‘Add to cart’ and select the ‘New to Koodo? Get Started’ . Continue with the steps to complete the transaction. Good luck!

Why you want to do this?

if you do this, you will have 2 lines under your name/account.  If you cancel your current plan/line/account, then you have to pay off remaining tab balance and bonus. Also you can't keep your current phone number. ( You can't transfer number between Koodo account).

I  missed  the ‘switch to Fido’ point, thinking that he is a new customer.
