I am considering ditching my wireline phone which rings many phones in the house that anyone can answer. I currently have a Koodo family plan with 3 unique numbers on it. So, my question is this: Can I port my wireline phone number as a 2nd line with a distinctive ring to all 3 family Koodo phones, so that we would know if an incoming call on our Koodo phones is to our "family" number or to our "personal" number? Can a sim card handle 2 phone numbers, or are we restricted to one phone number per sim card/phone? For something like this to work similar to how our wireline phone works, there would need to be some sort of "call forwarding no reply" capability or some "conference call" capability (where more than one family member could join the incoming family number call at the same time). Please advise. Also, if not available, is this a feature that Koodo could introduce - to capture wireline family customers?
