The only reason we left Koodo after a # of years is because my husband needs a bigger voicemail (25 messages) .
This isn't something Koodo can control. As long as voicemails are checked regularly, 10 should be more than enough.
Unfortunately for his business it is not. Other carriers offer this as paid add-on so I dont understand why it is not possible.

Or go with Virgin, who has nearly identical plans, but offers 25 voicemails for an extra $4.

I was clearly NOT complaining about the service that Koodo provides. I simply questioned why it was not a viable option as an add-on feature. Because of the necessity for us we were forced to move our service to another provider but if would return if it ever became an option. On a personal note, people who respond to these posts should not make the comments so personal and stick to the topic at hand. I didnt realize that it was this kind of forum.

Koodo offers Consumer level service. They have never claimed to offer business services. They will not object if you decide to run a business using their cell service, but complaining that what they provide is not sufficient to run a business is more of an unrealistic expectation on your part than a failure to provide adequate service on theirs.

Koodo and PC Mobile (postpaid) gives 10 voicemails standard while everyone else only has 3 included. However, you do have a point in saying the other providers have a voicemail booster add-on for extra cost. Virgin offers an upgrade to 25 for $4 so I think Koodo could do something similar! The only issue is demand. I don't have any exact figures but I'm sure the majority of Koodo's customers don't really care or need the extra space. I'm not saying your idea is bad, it just doesn't have enough push behind it. I'll still +1 it though.
