Usage and Data Plan Incorrect


I bought an iPhone SE yesterday and had to change my plan to go with the phone. I previously had a promo plan with 15gb of data. I had to downgrade and I now have a 5gb data plan. My plan on self serve says 5gb but my usage on self serve is saying I only have 512mb. I should have access to the 5gb. Please advise on how to fix this problem. Thanks!

The data on your new plan is pro-rated for the portion of the month not yet consumed. Your 5GB will appear at the start of your next billing cycle.
