When I was with another service, I could take my phone to the USA, use it to call in the US or to Canada - long distance was included - all for, I believe, $95 for 30 days and then $8 or $9 per day over the 30.  Does Koodo have anything like that?

Are you on a prepaid or postpaid plan?

For prepaid plans, you can purchase booster add-ons for roaming in the U.S. You can choose from data, talk, and text for roaming. https://www.koodomobile.com/prepaid-plans

For postpaid plans, you can either include the Easy Roam feature on your plan, allowing you to use your plan in the U.S. for $9/day. You can also use your minutes, texts, or data at a pay-per-use rate for occasional use while abroad. https://www.koodomobile.com/easyroam

The fees are capped at 100 dollars per billing cycle. Keep that in mind as depending on when you go, it can overlap two billing cycles and the cap resets.
