Upgrade plan

I want to upgrade my plan but it won’t let me.  The chat keeps saying that I can only make one change per billing cycle but I haven’t made any changes yet.  Anybody know what the problem is?

What error message do you get when you tried to change your plan?

If you are trying to change your plan to one of promo plan, its eligibility is upgrade phone. Not available for just plan change.

Are you a new customer?

Have you tried clearing your browser’s cache?
