Hi

So I have 4 lines on byop plans so no contract. I have paid my bill on time everytime. 

How can I switch to the "contract" side?

Like how can I get new phones with that plan?

You can upgrade with your selfserve. Sign into Selfserve » Select “Shop” in the top upper part of the screen » Phone » and follow the step by step there.
