unsubscribing from add-ons


trying to unsubscribe from add-ons. un-checked the add-ons, clicked 'confirm', and the page re-loads with the add-ons re-checked. help!

Try another web browser, if persists, you may have to call customer service to remove. *611 from the phone is a free call.

Also what add ons are you trying to remove?
I am dealing with the same thing. I am trying to remove the 1.5 GB for 10$ off my cellphone and I am getting a message saying that there has been an error. Help!

How did you receive this add-on?  
Is it listed under the add on when you log into self serve?
It seems this is a one of their promo add-on( only selected customers received it).
1.5 GB for 10$ is pretty good deal.  But you might need to call in to remove it if you don't need it for sure...
*611 from your Koodo phone, option 5 > and press 0.
Tell them you can't remove it through self serve. They will help you.
But remember. You might not get this offer again (I never receive it... 😞   )
