unregistered sim


my phone was unregistered sim, but my monthly bill was automatically deducted in my chequing account for about 6months, hoping for your quick response and fix my network. thanks..

Okay, but what did you do to try and fix it? Did you go to a Koodo store or call Koodo? That problem is an easy issue to fix. You won't be credited those bills for sure though. Please visit a Koodo store or call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636 to help you out. You need to take some initiative yourself

i cant made a call its terribbly, maybe i nedd tovisit a koodo store thanks Ahmad

Try turn airplane mode on and off ,  and/or power cycling.
If it didn't work >  try turn power off, remove SIM card and battery(if possible) and then put them back on.
i already made it maybe 5times and still the same..
