I have the Canada wide talk and text plan for $25.00 plus tax per month. I have 100 anytime minutes. Also included Unlimited Evening and Weekends after 7pm. So if I call a family member in another Province after 7pm it's 'free'? As in I'm not using up any of my 100 minutes? I am able to talk for a couple of hours between that time free without using up the 100 minutes? Is this for only calling a out of Province landline and also their cell phone (their not with Koodo)? Thanks for your help!

You can call anyone in Canada for free, for as long as you want during the evenings/weekend period and none of your 100 daytime mins will be used.
