Is Koodo able to offer unlimited data for people effected by floods in BC? Work from home and have had no internet for a week and Telus not able to install services until January. Live in Hope and Shaw internet will not be running anytime soon. Just need unlimited for a month.

Cellular carriers typically do something for emergency cases. I'll flag to Rep to comment if Koodo intends to make any such consideations for those affected.

Thanks Goran. Appreciated

Hi @Jab1972

Sorry to hear you where affected.

Koodo is not offering Unlimited data plans, however, I’ll check with our support and will get back once I get more updates.

Thank you!

So I'm assuming you are going to follow Telus?

I doubt it is unlimited, but Koodo is taking an initiative to waive any data and pay-per-use overages for this month.

Looks like for Merritt customers only

Hi,

I can confirm that at the moment, Koodo will be waiving all data overages, until the end of November.

Up until this moment, Merritt, Yarrow, Sumas and Spences Bridge are included in the campaign, however, the situation is still being monitored and we will keep you updated through our social media channels.
