Unauthorised plan added to My Account

Hi, I hope someone can help.

 

I have just logged into my account and found that someone has added an additional phone and plan under my name. Thousands of dollars spent and I have never authorized this. 

 

How can I remove the plan and get refunded?

You'll have to contact customer service about this. You can schedule a callback through the virtual assistant at koodomcom/chat or reach out to them with a pm via Facebook or Twitter.
