I have been a monthly Koodo customer for over 10 years. I am on an older plan and have recently been going over on my data. On Saturday I tried to upgrade to one of the "Heavyweight" plans that offer 2gb, 3gb, or 5gb of data. I was unable to do so. A message said I would be able to do this June 3rd. Today I tried again to Change My Plan. Although I can select one of the Heavyweight plans, which gets added to my cart, I get a message that says "Buying Online will be available in the near future. In the mean time you can still add items to your card or visit a Koodo store". Does anyone have any idea what the "near future" is? Hours, days, weeks, or months? I don't live very close to a Koodo store. I am assuming if I phone in I will be charged a service fee even though I am unable to order online. Also, on Saturday May 30th the prices of the Heavyweight Plans were $55/m for 2GB, $65/m for 3GB, and $88/m for 5GB. I see today the prices now show as $63, $73, and $88 respectively. It seems there a 15% price increase on the first 2 heavyweight plans over the last few days? Thanks in advance to anyone who can answer.
