unable to select perk

Trying to get the 65$ a  month plan 30gb shock free data.  With free perk.  I am unable to change the plan regardless if I pick a perk or not . It just tells me same thing . 

It's extremely frustrating, is there any way to change plan? Or am I stuck forever in this plan

Fix the website soon. Lol

Have you tried scheduling a callback through Koodo Assist to speak to a rep and help you select the Perk that you want? https://Koo.do/Chat

@Talapino What is the error message you are getting? also, can you pls last digit of the line you are trying to change the plan on? Both lines have access to the plan you are talking about and we are not seeing reports where people are unable to switch. The line ending with the digit 5 had its tab paid off yesterday but it shouldn’t prevent a plan change.  Let us know if you are still experiencing issue and we can look intop it further.

trying to change the plan one the line ending with 1245, was wanting to get the 65$ 30gb Data plan with the free perk, 

which i wanted to pick the data rollover perk, which seems like a way better plan then what i currently have, I just tried to Do it again And i get the Same Error,  Here is a screenshot of what happens when i try to change it.  I dont Understand why i cant change it.  Tab has been paid off, Bill has been paid fully off,  Maybe its my bad luck lol
