Was traveling through the U.S. a couple of weeks ago, and in advance of my trip activated a 10-day U.S. Data with Unlimited Minutes & Text add-on to my account. My issue was that the service was TERRIBLE. The speed was unreasonably slow and too often there were difficulties maintaining a connection. I was in the main downtown centres of Philadelphia and Washington, DC so coverage shouldn't have been an issue, and it did not seem to depend on time of day or being in crowds etc. In the end, the price of the add-on ($40) was nowhere near worth what I got out of that service! I came to Koodo's website today to track down a number to call customer service only to find they've implemented charges for calling. This seems insane. How do I actually get to speak to someone to voice my complaint and concerns over this terrible add-on?
