Trying to change plan

I am trying to change my plan to the $50 for 5gig plan but I keep getting the error message that I need to wait 14 days after activating my phone.  It has been 21 day.

The 14 days message in their system wasn’t correct. It should be 30 days or next billing cycle. Anyway, If you want to change your plan you need to contact Koodo directly for that. I would suggest you contact them via Facebook messaging https://www.facebook.com/Koodo or twitter DM.
