Tried to purchase two plans/ sim cards for my children one after each other

I thought it was weird I did not receive a order confirmation for my second order.  Looks like from another post that is not the way to purchase two plans.  So what is my options now to prevent the delay of the second line/ plan?  I also maybe too quick at this post since I have only received one email for a single order confirmation.  Anyone from support who can answer my questions?

Once you get the email to create your self serve account, you should be able to place the second order to add another line to your account.

Thanks for the information Allan.  I was called this evening and someone saw/ confirmed they saw the two orders and that they will go thru after chatting with me.  If for whatever reason a second sim doesn’t arrive i will follow your instructions.  Thanks for you help.
