track sim card order

I ordered a sim card on  Aug 19 and I received an email on Aug 20 mentioning that my order was shipped on Aug 20 and I receive it in 1 to 2 business days from the order date. however, after 3 business days, I do not receive it yet. how can I follow up on this issue?

Sim cards are sent via Canada Post lettermail and therefore can take up to 10 business days to arrive depending on your location.

Because it's lettermail there's no tracking number for you or a rep to get a status on unfortunately.

SIM card order usually don't get tracking number.  They usually use Canada Post for SIM order. 


How is the condition of Canadapost delivery in your area. My area is not good with Canada Post - it takes much longer to receive items if it's delivered by Canada post.   I've seen people said it took like 5 days or close to 10days...
