top-up / pin number


I bought a top-up credit in a Koodo shop, the assistant was supposed to activate it, but it still shows that the balance is 0. The phone doesn´t work and I don´t seem to be able to use the same PIN number again.

Have you tried applying the card to your account yourself? Double check that you are inputting the right characters.

I think she tried but didn't work. I'd suggest to call the store where you bought it ...
