You can change your plan at anytime of your billing cycle, just keep in mind that minutes and data will be prorated (divided accordingly)... What is the plan that you have, and what is the plan you would like to have to give you exactly what you will see on the bill...
actually you can't change it now, even if you pay your bill, you need to wait until the current running bill time is over, meaning one change per bill time

Actually Issa, you can change your plan ONCE per billing cycle for free on your own through self serve. I believe you can change it again with an Agent but there is a 10$ Charge

Thank you Chad for clarification, I meant here using the self service, but the other way as you mentioned is using the Customer Care and that will be billable

She can still do it on self-serve, even if she's paid her bill. Just as long as she hasn't changed it already this billing cycle.
As Camilo_A mentioned you are free to change your plan any time. From my experience, when I first signed up to Koodo I had to pay a month ahead like everyone else for the 1st bill. And about 12 days left of that month I decided to change my plan so all Koodo did was refund the 12 days I didnt use on that plan and calculated proration for the new plan for the price difference. Call Koodo CS and ask them to calulate it for you to see how much you'd end up paying for the proration if it's too much for you wait till the last day of this billing cycle.
30 Day cycle: [b](Price of the plan) divided by (30 days) x (Days used) = Charge 1 Adjustment: Price of plan - Charge = Proration Example: (25$) / (30) x 5 days of use = 4.17$ [b][Adjustment: 25$ - 4.17$= 20.83$] [b](NEW Price of the plan) divided by (30 days) x (Days used) = Charge 2 Example: (35$) / (30) x 25 days = 29.17$ [b]Total for that month: Charge 2- Adjustment = Total Example: 29.17$ - 20.83$ = 8.34$ [b]Total + New Plan (for next cycle) = Next month's bill Example: 8.34$ + 35$ = 43.34$ + tax Something like that...
