Temporary phone service interuption!


Can my Koodo phone service be put into hibernation while away on an extended holiday?

Yes, there's a Seasonal Hold option available for $15/month, minimum 1 month to a maximum of 6. You can enable it in Self Serve or calling customer service. However, since this is a rate plan change, any plan you currently have will be lost and you cannot get it back.
