Taking my phone off seasonal


I had my phone on seasonal since the middle of February and just changed to the $29.00 plan today and it shows on my Bill, but my phone is not getting service yet Why would this happen? Thanks Vicki

Have you restarted your device? In odd occasions when switching plans you actually have to restart your device before it will click into the new plan.
Thanks, but tried that it didn't work, I guess I will have to phone them tomorrow.

Hi Vicki, try going to your phone's settings and make sure it is not set to 2g only or gsm only and have 3g enabled.

settings>general or in Ios 7 cellular right away I think>make sure that the 3g slider is to the right to have 3g enabled:)
