I noticed on my recent user agreement that it does not say if it is tab plus or tab mid. Actually these tabs look identical- how do I know which tab I was signed up for by the rep?

Depends on how much you're paying per month on the tab.
$1-$10/month - Tab Basic
$11-$15 - Tab Mid
$16 and higher - Tab Plus

So if in two years I want to keep my plan I need to pick a phone in tab mid- which is what I am on. I am paying $15 tab
