Switching to a new plan


I'm looking to switch to one of the limited time plans, specifically the $55 2GB plan, but it is not showing up on my self serve. If I still owe on my tab, am I not eligible to change to this plan?

Hey Sarah! If you have a tab still, prior before April 20th, you are not eligible for the new plans unless you want to upgrade to a new phone to get the new plan, they made changes to the tab system and plans on April 20th

If you want one of the new plans then you'd need to pay off your existing tab, if any, and call customer service to switch to the new plans. There's no service charge since this isn't something you can do on your own via self serve. Note: if you're currently getting the 10% BYOD discount, it t is also not compatible with the new plans. And you'll loose it if you switch to a newer plan.
So you can't upgrade to a new plan unless you pay off your tab, or upgrade your phone?
