Switch Over from Public Mobile

I had a Public Mobile number, with a pretty decent plan, and at the same time got one for both my wife's phone as well as my son's. Sometime a while ago we received texts to switch over to a great deal on Koodo, which my wife and I did. But for some reason my son never received the text to switch, and still never has.

My wife and I love our Koodo plans ($40/8GB) and have always wanted to get our son switched over as well. But no offer ever came, even though we were told to just wait it out. Any way we can find out how to make this happen? Thanks in advance.

You would have to wait for it from Public Mobile, unfortunately. They won't offer extra offer through this Koodo channel.

Normally those plans were called "migration plans", only Koodo/PM knows if they bring it back or not.
